From a dream to reality
Hi! I’m Luana, founder and Chief Executive Unicorn at Maple & Wattle.
I’m so happy you’re here. 🦄Our story didn’t start in a fancy office - it started under the sun on the Gold Coast, Australia. Back in 2010, I began making fragrant goodies in my spare room as a way to heal through a difficult season. What was a personal passion project quickly blossomed into a world of scent, nostalgia, and everyday joy for homes all over the country.
By 2017, Maple & Wattle was officially born. Since then, we’ve grown into a community of hundreds of thousands of people who believe that home should be a sanctuary of whimsy and magic.
In 2025 we officially crossed the ocean to begin our newest chapter. While the scenery has changed from the Aussie coast to the beautiful landscapes of Japan, the heart of Maple & Wattle remains exactly the same: creating those little moments of comfort and sparkle that make a house feel like your home.
Our mission is simple
To bring you high-quality, magical products that you’ll fall in love with, at a price that makes sense.
The Golden Rule: If it wouldn’t make my own home feel special, it doesn’t become part of the collection. Period.
I truly believe life doesn’t need grand moments to feel magical. Sometimes, all it takes is a beautiful scent, a cozy space, and a small everyday ritual that makes you smile.
