Shipping policy

Australia

Our Hair Care range is shipped from QLD, Australia. Flat rate $12.95 or free shipping over $99 for Australian customers only. 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. We are not responsible for parcels once they have been scanned as 'Delivered' by the carrier.

 

Japan

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Depending on the destination, we will deliver your order via the most suitable carrier: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.

Delivery within Japan usually takes 1–3 days depending on location.

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥690. Free shipping is available on orders over ¥4,800.

International Orders

We ship internationally to select destinations.

MW Classics are shipped from QLD, Australia. Flat rate $15 or free shipping over $99 for Australian customers only. 

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and are outside of our control.
